Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 weekend warehouse staff with precision and motivation
- Coordinate inventory receiving, processing, and shipping operations
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Optimize weekend workflows for maximum efficiency and throughput
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve operational issues promptly with minimal disruption
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend activities and metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 6am-2pm)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Valid Illinois driver's license required
- Experience with weekend shift scheduling preferred
