- Direct 10-15 weekend staff across retail/service operations
- Optimize weekend inventory management and logistics
- Resolve customer escalations with premium service standards
- Execute weekend marketing promotions and events
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Generate weekly performance analytics reports
- Train weekend associates on new systems/procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in retail/service
- Proven weekend shift management background
- Advanced conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Flexible availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
