Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend shift teams of 15+ warehouse associates
- Optimize weekend operational workflows for maximum efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Manage weekend inventory cycles and quality control processes
- Coordinate cross-functional weekend activities with day-shift managers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend operations
- Resolve escalated customer and operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record leading weekend or overnight shifts
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and occasional holidays
