- Supervise 15-20 weekend retail staff across multiple high-volume locations
- Execute weekend inventory management and merchandising strategies
- Drive weekend sales performance through team coaching and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and brand standards during weekend operations
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain premium service standards
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in weekend operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
- Advanced knowledge of retail POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work independently during peak weekend hours (Fri-Sun)
- Valid Texas driver's license for multi-location travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail analytics tools
