- Lead weekend warehouse operations including receiving, packing, and shipping
- Supervise 15-person weekend crew and coordinate with weekday managers
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Generate weekend performance reports and KPI analysis
- Act as primary weekend contact for client escalations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven leadership in weekend/shift-based operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory software
