Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation scheduling
- Monitor real-time supply chain metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain service levels
- Lead cross-functional weekend teams to ensure seamless handovers between shifts
- Utilize WMS/TMS systems to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Document daily operations reports and maintain compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend operational escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Experience with weekend shift schedules and 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
