Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend staff members, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Deliver exceptional customer service through staff coaching and personal engagement
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail or hospitality management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in high-volume environments

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
