Responsibilities
- Lead weekend clinical operations and supervise 8-10 team members across departments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare protocols

- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Collaborate with weekday leadership for seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years healthcare/supervisory experience
- Valid Missouri healthcare certification (CNA, EMT, or equivalent)
- Strong weekend schedule flexibility (Saturday/Sunday availability required)
- Advanced proficiency in electronic health records systems
- Proven conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
