Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations across multiple departments (front desk, housekeeping, dining)
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure optimal coverage during peak hours
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational issues with professionalism
- Conduct quality control inspections and maintain brand consistency
- Collaborate with management on inventory management and cost control
- Implement emergency response procedures for weekend incidents
- Generate shift reports and performance analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hospitality or customer service leadership role
- Proven experience with weekend shift management and flexible scheduling
- Strong conflict resolution and team motivation abilities
- Valid Virginia hospitality or food handler certification
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Basic financial reporting and inventory management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and occasional holidays
