Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations across 3 fulfillment centers
- Manage team of 8-12 weekend staff members with daily briefings
- Monitor inventory systems and resolve stock discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Optimize delivery routes using logistics software
- Prepare end-of-week reports for weekday management team
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in logistics or operations management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (required)
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP experience preferred)
- Weekend availability mandatory (no exceptions)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
