Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms to ensure optimal flow.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met for shipping.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work full-time shifts on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and inventory.
