Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail staff (15+ associates) to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement strategic promotions to maximize revenue
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless operations handoff
- Resolve customer escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Execute weekend events and seasonal campaigns to drive foot traffic
Qualifications
- 5+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals in high-volume environments
- Strong inventory management and visual merchandising expertise
- Excellent conflict resolution and team development skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Proficiency in retail management software and analytics tools
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays as business needs dictate
