Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of weekend logistics operations and staff performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company compliance standards.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and manage shipping/receiving workflows.
- Resolve customer service inquiries and operational issues in real-time.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with weekday management teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or team management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
