Responsibilities
- Manage weekend inventory control and warehouse operations with precision
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain weekend fulfillment timelines
- Operate warehouse technology systems (RF scanners, WMS) efficiently
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Process high-volume weekend shipments and logistics documentation
- Mentor weekend staff on operational procedures and quality standards
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/operations experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional site visits
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Weekend availability mandatory (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)
