Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics for weekend shifts to meet delivery deadlines.
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members to foster a positive team culture.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict accordance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Generate and review weekly performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis (40 hours/week).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
