Role Overview:
As a Weekend Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our weekend logistics flow, ensuring products are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Execute safe and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory levels in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in packing and crating products for local and regional distribution.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read charts/graphs.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Full-Time schedule).
