Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping coordination
- Lead a team of 8-10 weekend staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Implement and optimize logistics processes to ensure 99.5% on-time delivery rates
- Collaborate with weekday managers to maintain operational continuity and data integrity
- Monitor and report on KPIs including productivity metrics, safety compliance, and cost efficiency
- Conduct weekend quality control audits and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with vendors and transportation partners for weekend-specific deliveries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of logistics or warehouse management experience
- Proven track record of managing weekend or shift-based operations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with experience motivating cross-functional teams
- Certified in logistics/supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record
