Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order processing, and quality control
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend logistics and delivery schedules
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend operational efficiency and accuracy
- Train and mentor weekend staff on safety protocols and performance standards
- Generate weekend performance reports and data analysis for leadership review
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
- Proven experience leading weekend or shift-based teams
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
