Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 weekend staff members
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize logistics workflows using WMS technology
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend handovers
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse management or logistics operations
- Strong leadership experience with weekend or shift-based teams
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
