- Lead a team of 5-7 weekend staff members
- Optimize delivery routes and distribution schedules
- Implement quality control protocols for weekend shipments
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Generate weekend performance reports and analytics
- Collaborate with weekday teams for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or operations management
- Proven experience leading weekend/holiday shifts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- OSHA certification preferred
- Valid NYC driver's license
