Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end weekend logistics operations across warehouse and distribution channels
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ associates during peak weekend shifts
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards during all shifts
- Coordinate real-time inventory management and transportation scheduling
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service level agreements
- Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations/supply chain management with weekend shift experience
- Proven leadership in high-volume logistics or retail environments
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
