Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations team of 15+ staff
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes

Qualifications
- 3+ years operations or logistics management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in warehouse/distribution
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
