Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during Saturday and Sunday shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates, scheduling and delegating tasks effectively
- Monitor inventory levels, process shipments, and maintain stockroom organization
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and implement solutions to enhance shopping experience
- Execute promotional campaigns and visual merchandising directives for weekend traffic
- Conduct opening/closing procedures, including cash management and security protocols
- Analyze weekend sales data and prepare operational reports for senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with proven weekend shift leadership
- Strong inventory management and loss prevention knowledge
- Exceptional customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in POS systems and retail analytics software
- Ability to work independently while managing high-pressure weekend environments
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts with occasional holiday coverage
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
