Responsibilities
- Manage weekend retail operations across 5+ high-volume store locations in Charlotte and surrounding areas
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and supply chain logistics to ensure optimal stock levels
- Lead and develop weekend staff through training, performance reviews, and mentorship
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, loss prevention protocols, and company policies
- Collaborate with weekday managers to maintain seamless operational continuity
- Handle customer escalations and maintain premium service standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with weekend/holiday availability
- Proven track record in inventory control and supply chain optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
