- Coordinate with weekday leadership for seamless operational handovers and communication
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and develop actionable improvement strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with weekend/holiday availability
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
