- Manage all weekend retail operations including inventory, staffing, and customer service
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ weekend associates through coaching and performance management
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed weekend revenue targets
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance in-store experiences
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with weekend scheduling
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., POS, inventory systems)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays
