- Direct all weekend logistics operations including warehouse management and distribution coordination
- Lead and mentor weekend staff team of 15+ personnel with performance tracking
- Implement process improvements for weekend supply chain efficiency
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional weekend handovers with weekday operations
- Manage weekend inventory control and quality assurance systems
- Develop contingency plans for weekend operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years operations management experience with weekend/holiday rotations
- Proven leadership in 24/7 logistics environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA and DOT compliance certifications preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and TMS software platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
