Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate 15-20 member weekend staff through scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during weekend shifts
- Act as primary client liaison for weekend operations inquiries and issue resolution
- Generate weekend performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations management or logistics leadership role
- Proven experience managing weekend or shift-based teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
