Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations during Saturday-Sunday shifts
- Manage and mentor 8-12 weekend team members with performance optimization
- Coordinate warehouse, transportation, and customer service activities
- Implement process improvements for weekend workflow efficiency
- Resolve operational escalations and ensure SLA compliance
- Generate weekend performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with weekday leadership for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years logistics/operations management experience
- Proven leadership in weekend or shift-based environments
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong data analytics and KPI management skills
- OSHA certification and safety compliance expertise
- Excellent cross-departmental communication abilities
