- Coordinate transportation schedules and manage carrier relationships
- Lead and mentor weekend staff through performance coaching and training
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Generate and analyze operational performance reports
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless workflow continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of logistics/operations management experience
- Proven leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday schedule (10-hour shifts)
