Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 weekend staff, ensuring performance standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with weekday leadership for smooth operational handoffs and continuity
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory controls and conduct regular cycle counts
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service level agreements
- Generate weekend performance reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in warehouse/logistics management with weekend shift exposure
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM with weekday flexibility
