- Lead a team of 8-10 associates to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Implement and maintain premium customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational continuity
- Analyze weekend performance data to optimize sales strategies and inventory allocation
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
