Responsibilities
- Direct all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Manage and mentor weekend staff through performance reviews and training
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency and safety
- Coordinate with weekday managers for operational continuity
- Monitor KPIs and generate weekend performance reports
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Resolve operational challenges with innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 3+ years in warehouse or operations leadership role
- Proven experience managing weekend or shift operations
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
