Responsibilities
- Direct daily weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Schedule and supervise weekend staff of 15+ employees across multiple shifts
- Implement and optimize safety protocols for weekend operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve weekend operational challenges
- Generate weekly performance reports for senior leadership
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and logistics coordination
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 5+ years in logistics or warehouse management with weekend shift experience
- Proven leadership skills with 3+ years managing teams of 10+ employees
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Proficient in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
