Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 weekend operations staff, ensuring peak efficiency and safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory management and distribution workflows across three regional hubs
- Resolve operational escalations and implement process improvements
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition of operations
- Generate weekend performance reports and analytics for leadership
- Ensure compliance with California labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations/supervisory experience in logistics or retail
- Proven ability to manage teams during weekend/holiday periods
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred

- Experience with OSHA safety compliance standards
