- Coordinate weekend logistics operations including inventory management and shipment tracking

- Supplement weekend workforce and ensure operational compliance with company policies
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for Monday leadership review
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure operational continuity
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend activities and incident reports
- Implement weekend safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years in operations, logistics, or customer service role
- Proven experience working weekend or overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license required
