Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations for high-volume retail locations in DC/VA
- Manage 8-12 person teams during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and visual merchandising
- Oversee inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Train and develop weekend staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to optimize operations
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and team motivation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
