Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest experiences across resort amenities and services
- Manage high-volume weekend check-ins and check-out procedures
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Execute weekend promotional events and guest engagement activities
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality or customer service leadership
- Proven weekend availability flexibility (Fri-Sun shifts)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficient in resort management software (Opera, Delphi)
- Valid California Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
