Responsibilities
- Manage weekend event operations including setup, execution, and breakdown
- Lead and train 5-8 part-time staff members during peak shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences at weddings, festivals, and corporate events
- Handle inventory management and vendor coordination
- Resolve client inquiries and operational issues in real-time
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or event management experience
