Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend resort operations including guest services, housekeeping, and dining
- Train and supervise weekend staff to maintain premium service standards
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and elevate satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs
- Implement weekend marketing initiatives and special event planning
- Conduct daily performance reviews and staff coaching sessions
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years hospitality management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record in luxury resort or high-end service environments
- Exceptional conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid Arizona Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Advanced proficiency in resort management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills for operational reporting and trend analysis
