Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Lead and mentor weekend staff (15+ team members) through training, performance reviews, and scheduling
- Handle high-level guest complaints and VIP requests with discretion and excellence
- Monitor weekend revenue streams, occupancy rates, and implement upselling strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize weekend service standards and operational efficiency
- Conduct thorough weekend property inspections and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Prepare comprehensive weekend performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality management with proven weekend leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions during peak periods
- Valid California Food Handler's Card and TABC certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Ability to work weekends and holidays with flexible schedule availability
- Experience managing multi-million dollar weekend revenue operations
