Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk operations and guest services
- Train and mentor weekend staff on service excellence protocols
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and elevate satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B departments
- Implement weekend-specific guest experience programs
- Analyze weekend performance data and optimize operations
- Manage VIP guest requests and special event coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality or resort management
- Proven weekend shift leadership experience
- Exceptional conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Ability to thrive in high-energy weekend environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for resort transportation)
