Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency response teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Lead weekend patient education initiatives and discharge planning
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or compact state
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Weekend availability flexibility essential
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
