Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans across multidisciplinary teams during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records and ensure HIPAA compliance for all documentation
- Lead weekend patient intake assessments and develop personalized care strategies
- Collaborate with on-call physicians to address urgent medical needs
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment for weekend operations
- Train and supervise weekend staff on clinical protocols and safety procedures
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews for weekend patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Valid California RN license or equivalent health care certification
- Advanced proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with weekend staff management experience
- Excellent communication abilities for coordinating complex care scenarios
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
