Job Overview:
In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations, ensuring that orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our inventory management system to maintain high standards of productivity and safety.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management software (WMS) to track shipments and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quotas.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, specifically including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
