Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventory counts and organizing storage areas.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients and team members professionally to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and work area clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
