Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during assigned weekend/night shifts
- Monitor and document patient vitals and medical records accurately
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and day-shift staff for seamless transitions
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment according to OSHA standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for care continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (certifications preferred)
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) and at least 3 night shifts/month
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience (new graduates welcome)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during low-traffic hours
- Flexibility to cover last-minute shift changes
