Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely handle incoming and outgoing freight using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Status: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (or Saturday through Monday) on a regular schedule.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
