Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately package, label, and prepare items for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery under supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and adhere to strict quality control standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following all OSHA safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctual attendance.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
