Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders within SLA requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits using digital tracking systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per 5S standards
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6am-4pm)
